Angela Jozsef is a Compensation Analyst with Astron Solutions. Angela focuses on the development of base pay systems. Clients in need of market data on positions at the staff and executive level contact Angela for market pricing. In addition to market requests on an ad hoc basis, she assists clients in year-end compensation structure updates. Angela also supports the custom salary survey process, including questionnaire design, submission quality control checking, and analysis / report generation.
Upon attaining her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University’s School of Professional Studies, Angela began working with Town Sports International as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst. As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Angela developed a love for interpreting salary surveys and ranges, using Excel and Pivot Tables to complete analysis for managerial strategic planning.
Angela also has a robust Human Resources Generalist background, working at organizations such as Compuware Corporation, Honeywell, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Columbia University, and Eileen Fisher. Most recently, Angela worked at Hetrick Martin Institute as an HR Generalist and at the Norwalk Public Schools in Connecticut as a Benefits Specialist.
In addition to her Master’s Degree, Angela holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology from Chapman University. Angela is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and New York City SHRM.
During her free time, Angela enjoys animals, weight training & dance workouts, traveling, tasty vegetarian food, cooking, and spending time with family & friends.
