Kevin Corriea is a Consultant with Astron Solutions. His background includes both Total Rewards and Generalist Human Resources experience, having worked over the past 20 years in both client service and corporate roles in the United States and Latin American / Caribbean markets. His industry experience includes professional services, telecommunications, and media organizations.
Kevin is experienced in the design and management of rewards programs in developed and emerging markets, including market-priced compensation & benefit surveys, base pay programs, sales compensation plans, and rewards communications. In addition, Kevin’s expertise includes organization transformation & effectiveness initiatives, talent development programs, and the management of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Kevin’s compensation journey began as a Consultant with boutique professional services organization AEGIS, where he project managed customized compensation & benefit surveys and provided advisory services for client organizations across multiple industries. He then transitioned to corporate to lead the compensation function for Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago. His experience as a Human Resources Business Partner includes work with global professional services organizations EY (Ernst & Young) and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baruch College of the City University of New York, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from New School University. He sits on the Board of New York Compensation Association, and is a member of New York City SHRM.
