Decorative Image: What The Comp Bonus Episode 1 Title Cover ImageNot everyone could make it to the SHRM26 and WorldatWork national conferences this year—but that does not mean you have to miss the most important conversations.

In this special bonus episode of What the Comp?!, host Jennifer Loftus is joined by Astron Solutions colleagues Kim Harmon, Senior Compensation Consultant, and Nick Velazquez, Senior Compensation Analyst, for an inside look at two of the year’s biggest Human Resources and compensation events.

Together, they compare the SHRM and WorldatWork conference experiences, explore the trends shaping compensation and total rewards, and share the sessions, conversations, and discoveries that stood out most.

You will hear:

  • The biggest trends emerging in Human Resources and compensation
  • Key lessons that will influence future client work
  • The most interesting conversations from both conferences
  • How SHRM and WorldatWork differ—and where they overlap
  • What attendees should do differently to get more value next year
  • The moments Kim and Nick will remember most

Whether you attended one conference, both conferences, or neither, this episode will help you understand what Human Resources and compensation professionals are talking about—and what those conversations could mean for your organization.

Because staying current is not about attending every event. It is about knowing which ideas deserve your attention.
